I'm a former semi-pro football and baseball player, a former 5 years veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a former 9 1/2 years veteran of Law Enforcement. Some of the services that I provide are as follows; Resistance Training, Weight Management, Sports Performance, Wellness & Energy, Proper Nutrition for the entire family and Rehabilitation. I work out of a private gym in the Winter Park area, but I'm more than willing to take the action to you based on your goals, your needs, the equipment we have at our disposal and your location. I also train clients at local PLAYGROUNDS in Deltona and surrounding areas. My fees are very reasonable and I offer specials from time to time. I also have a referral incentive program.
I have experience in training individuals from young teens, to senior citizens. I've trained people in the military, law enforcement, high school/collegiate athletes, fitness personnel, bodybuilders and people with absolutely no experience at all.
