An expensive investment that you will make in your lifetime is buying a home. The process can be very stressful. A home inspection is one process that will give you peace of mind.
Choosing the right home inspector can also be difficult. You probably will not meet me until after you hire me, unlike most professionals. Additionally, different inspectors have various qualifications, experience, equipment, reporting methods, and, yes, different pricing as well.
One thing that is sure is that a home inspection requires a lot of work. In the end, a thorough inspection depends heavily on effort of the individual inspectors. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, my promise is that I will give you my best effort.

Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A:
Most other inspectors will try to do multiple inspections in one day. That will interfere with concentrating on on your clients needs for the property that your are inspecting. I will do only one inspection per day so that I can spend more time with my client to insure that the client understands the functions of systems, and understands any problems or concerns will be addressed with confidence.

What do you like most about your job?
A:
What I like most about what I do. Is knowing the client will be satisfied with an inspector that is honest and hard working.And that the client will know exactly the condition of the property that they are looking to purchase.

A:
Most Questions that are asked are about the condition of certain systems in the property that they intend to purchase. Example,How is the water heater. Water heaters generally last about 12 to 15 years. How long have I been A home inspector.? 5 years How much experience do you have ? 30 years in the construction industry.

Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A:
I am A member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI, And must complete 24 hours of continuing education per year.
